The Moat School (from September to be renamed Burlington House School) is delighted to announce an excellent set of results for our Sixth Form students.
The headline statistics are as follows :
85% of the A-level results are A*-C
100% of the BTEC Level 3 results are merit or pass
We are very proud of all our pupils but particular mention should be made of Daisy with 2As (Art-Photography), Chelsea 1A and 1B (Art-Photography) and Charlie 2Bs (Art-Photography).
In BTeC ICT, Edward and Jake both achieved Merit and in BTeC Performing Arts, Bradie and Ada both achieved Merit. An amazing success for Rory who has achieved an A* in his philosophy A-level.
Principal, Koen Claeys, said, “We are extremely proud of the achievements of our Sixth Formers. These young people had more than 2 years of disrupted teaching and learning. They had to show true commitment and dedication to come out with such fantastic results. I would also like to mention the wonderful Sixth Form staff under the leadership of Mr Proctor who have helped and supported our students during these challenging times.”
